GetSend Editor Help Guide

The GetSend Editor is an easy and free to use tool created by GetSend to help individuals, businesses, and brands connect with their customers and audience without having to jump through hoops or sign up for expensive services. Emails created with the editor are easily customizable and are sent with the power of Gmail.

Editor basics

The editor is designed to be easy to use on both desktop and mobile devices, so you can send emails on the go or at work.

Input fields

These fields appear in order as they would in the editor for ease of access. They are also arranged in a way that is meant to be intuitive and similar to other programs, like Gmail or Outlook.

To

This field is used for general contact with other email addresses. Messages between colleagues typically use this field. Any email address(es) included in this field are the main recipients of the email and their address(es) can be seen by anyone included in the email.

Cc

Meaning ‘Carbon copy’, this field is intended for people who aren’t the main target of the email, but still should be included in it. Similarly with the To field, any address(es) included in this field can be seen by anyone and can see the email chain.

Bcc

Meaning ‘Blind carbon copy’, this field is intended for people who should recieve the email but also remain hidden from the other recipients. This field is commonly used in mass emails, like newsletters outside of an organization.

Subject

The subject is the title of the email and should either be direct or eye-catching to the recipient.

Display Name

This field lets you choose the name that will appear from the sender. Usually you would want this to be either your name or your brand/company’s name. By default, the display name is GetSend Service.

Reply-To

This field is intended to let you define an email, typically a personal or business email, that users can use to contact you. By default, the jupitermailclient@gmail.com address is used. If any users replies to an email without a reply-to address, then they will not recieve a response.
